Terms & privacy.
The plain-English basics of how we sell, quote and look after your information.
Who we are
This website is operated by FinnSauna Ltd, 613 Whangaparaoa Road, Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa 0932, New Zealand. Phone 0800 346 672, email info@finnsauna.co.nz.
Prices
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Timber is priced per lineal metre. Prices, specifications and availability can change, and we will always confirm them with you before you order. Freight and installation are quoted separately.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise. Custom builds start once the quote has been accepted in writing and any agreed deposit has been paid. Items ordered in specially from Finland may take several months to arrive; we'll give you an expected timeframe when you order.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product or our workmanship isn't right, talk to us first and we'll put it right.
Warranties
Heaters and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and use (home or commercial); we'll confirm the warranty that applies when you order.
Privacy
When you contact us we collect the details you give us — such as your name, phone number, email, address and information about your project — so we can reply, quote, deliver and install. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone except where needed to supply our services (for example, a courier). We keep it securely and only as long as we need it. Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@finnsauna.co.nz.
This website
We use basic analytics to understand how the website is used and to improve it. Photos on this site are of our own builds unless stated otherwise and may not be reused without permission.
